Is the AI Clinic really free?
Yes. The clinic and the study sketch cost nothing and commit you to nothing. If a scoped study makes sense afterwards, we'll say so and you decide.
How is the AI Clinic different from a demo?
A demo shows you the product. The clinic works on your study: the decision, the participants and the risks. We only show Zolabs where it helps answer a question you have.
Do we need to share participant data?
No. Describe your participant groups, not individuals. Please don't share names, phone numbers, ID numbers or health records in the form or on the call.
Who should join from our side?
Whoever owns the study, and ideally the person who will act on its findings. Clinics with the decision maker present lead to sharper, faster studies.
What if Zolabs isn't the right fit?
We'll tell you. Some questions are better answered with field visits, records or a different method, and the clinic is still useful for working that out.
We work outside India. Can we still request a clinic?
Yes. Choose "Outside IST working hours" as the best time to reach you, and we'll find a slot that works across time zones.
